The purchased beat is defective or unusable.

The wrong beat was delivered.

Accidental duplicate orders.

b. Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the beat.

Failure to read the beat description or misunderstand the license terms.

  1. Refund Process:

a. To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the purchase date, providing detailed information about the problem or reason for the refund request.

b. We may request additional information or evidence to validate your refund request, such as audio recordings or screenshots demonstrating the problem with the beat.

c. Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the validity of the refund request and compliance with our refund policy.

  1. Refund Method:

a. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

b. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of approval.

  1. Non-Refundable Items:

a. Custom beats or beats produced to your specifications are non-refundable once the production process has begun.

b. Purchases of exclusive rights are non-refundable once the license agreement has been signed.

  1. Termination of Limited License:

a. If a refund is issued for the purchase of a beat, your license to use that beat will be terminated, and you must cease using the beat in your projects.
